How To Use These Forms

DOC Files
DOC files can be opened with MS Word or other word processor programs.

You are welcome to open and print these forms directly from the site and print them for immediate use, or to copy to your system for future use (recommended for the Hot Jobs, Hot Candidates, and Splits Report forms.)

To save to your system, place your mouse over "DOC," "right" click on the form, choose "save as" or "save target as" and then browse to the place in your document folders where you'd like to save the form as a file. Give a name to the document, select "save," and you now have the form on your system for future use.
